CAN I USE MY OWN MATERIAL IN PRODUCTION?
Yes, if you have a preferred material and supplier we are happy and capable of working with your material. We always do sample runs before production and will alert you if we have any unexpected challenges.
I HAVE AN IDEA, CAN YOU DESIGN MY PART?
Typically we are not in the design business, however, if you bring us your idea with your basic design we can let you know how it can be improved with CNC Machining Services. In most cases designers and engineers unfamiliar with the CNC process need the help of a competent CNC machinists to let them know what is possible with their part or project. Many are truly amazed and delighted.
WILL YOU WORK WITH ME TO BE SURE I GET EXACTLY WHAT I NEED?
Yes, our customer’s often need their part or project modified or are unsure of it’s exact dimensions. By understanding it’s application and use we will help ensure you get the exact part you need designed properly for the application.
IF WE HAVE A CHANGE IN DESIGN IN THE MIDDLE OF PRODUCTION CAN YOU HANDLE THAT?
Yes, we can handle that and work with you so you get an equally superior part from the new design. Our goal is to always exceed customer expectations!
